$ cmake -DCMAKE_MODULE_PATH=<path_to_kdelibs_modules> --help-custom-modules
kdelibsmodules.docbook
Then run meinproc on that file.
If this doesn't produce something suitable for api.kde.org, then maybe
meinproc should be extended ?
