KPasswordDialog and CapsLock check

I'm working on a patch for CapsLock checking in KPasswordDialog.

As this check is platform-specific I'd like to know if someone is interested
in making this available also for Windows and Mac as my work is X11-Only.

Since the lines added are quite a few and 4.2 isn't still open i won't
provide the code here. Btw just ask and i'll provide it =)
