Hi,

Attached is:

- patch of kaccelgen.h.
  The only difference is that the quality() function now produces much
  better results than before.

I've also updated the Accelerator GUI application and the
accelerator.pdf to use the new quality() function.

Having to split because of a 40K limit on the mailing list.
(Already sent: patch + complete file of kaccelgentest.cpp)
(To follow: complete kaccelgen.h + comments on the O(n^3) algorithm.)
