That would be a great improvment yeah ...

I personaly, and after a few years of doing incons don't belive in the 
scalabity of svg for icons, never the less qsvg is realy important has svg is 
geting some momemtum, (I get some clients asking me for that format now)
and I see great potential for svg in the desktop and the web...
Plasma is a great example, simple fast svg's can provide execlent results.
Just that icons are geting very complex and rendering can take some time, and 
scaling them dosent produce the results expected....
