klipper's empty entries

My klipper is recently showing empty entries. In fact, everytime I select 
something, it's put into the buffer, and then an empty item is put into the 
buffer on top of it. That means that I need to open kicker and select the 
previously chosen item to be able to paste it.

Does anyone have the same behaviour?
