automoc4 from kdesupport now finally required

Hi,

as announced a few weeks ago now automoc4 (the tool which handles the automoc 
magic) from kdesupport is now required to build KDE.
Having automoc4 in kdesupport makes it possible to use it also in non-KDE 
packages, as e.g. Phonon and Akonadi.

So, in case there is a problem with generating moc files, update and install 
kdesupport, and it should work.
