fuzzy-clock in kdereview

Attached the patch I propose. In essence, I removed all the special
handling, hardcoding the time strings for English. This will provide least
surprise to crafting custom solutions per language in need on kde-i18n-doc.

(I've only compiled, didn't test, Sven please check for off-by-ones :)
