That was the point of my report. If it is optional, then I should be 
able to compile (and read the warnings about missing functionality), 
just as it was during the whole 4.0 cycle, using the standard cmakekde 
procedure, no need to pass additional flags or anything like that. Or 
just make it a requirement.
