[PATCH] Phonon Gstreamer backend

So here it goes:

1) kde4_phonon_gstreamer_build_fix.diff:
  - Fix the build and remove compile warnings
2) kde4_phonon_gstreamer_standardize_ifndef.diff
  - Standardize #ifndef directives on header files
3) kde4_phonon_gstreamer_export_fix.diff
  - Make it work again

Ok to commit?
