MAINTAINERS files

[Lubos Lunak]

 Hello,

 kdecore/MAINTAINERS and kdeui/MAINTAINERS are badly out-of-date, i.e. 
useless. Given that they apparently don't work, is somebody going to have a 
problem with me simply svn rm-ing them?
