Patch for 4.0.0-review

The bugreport http://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=154970 describes a problem 
where top-level menuitems in the traditional menu launcher are executed 
twice. While I wouldn't count it as showstopper it's imho still a major one 
and it would maybe wise to have it in 4.0.0 already else it has to wait till 
4.0.1.
The fix is a trivial one-liner and verified to work by at least 2 ppl while I 
tested last few hours for side-effects and failed to find any. Anyway, worst 
case would be here that it totaly breaks the traditional menu launcher. The 
default kickoff-launcher is not affected by this patch at all.

So, ok to commit?
