Add a KCModule (KCron) into System Settings

Ok, that's really strange. Is it because I'm using the systemsettings
application (the KDE 4 release) packaged by KUbuntu Hardy.
So, I suppose the only way to see KCron is to compile kdelibs and
kdebase locally ? Am I right ?
