[RFC][PATCH] split kutils -> {kprintutils,kcmutils}

Right.

The conclusion is that we're allowed to do this change because the platforms 
where it would break are either:
1) not officially released (MacOS X, Windows)
2) not compiling right now (AIX, HP-UX). I'm guessing here, but who is willing 
to disprove me? :-)

Marc seemed to have issues building, though. So this requires more testing.

I object to making this change on the 4.0 branch.
