[PATCH] Animations enable/disable system wide [TAKE 2]

Hi all,

Apart from the other KCM combo problems (it was bad placed), you also could 
noticed it didn't have all the cases we could get from the bit possibilities.

What do you think about the kcm patch I attach ?

We could try with other widget instead of a combobox, where you can check the 
gui features you would like.
