You choose. If you're writing KDE 4.0 applications using KDE 4.0's Phonon, you 
should use Qt 4.3 and the problem will not appear.

Otherwise, just make sure that the Phonon headers that you find match the 
Phonon library that you link against and load during execution.

If you want to avoid problems, compile Qt with -no-phonon and rm -rf 
include/phonon.
