[draft-patch] Letting user disable builtin animations

Hi all,

Attached patchs adds:

- A checkbox to the style kcm for letting user enable/disable the "builtin
animations"

- The kdelibs patch only hits KMainWindow at the moment.

As the subject says, it is a draft patch because further work is needed:

- KFileItemDelegate
- KImageFilePreview
- KLineEdit ? (need to check it)
- Konsole (as pointed out on other thread about this issue)

As I am in exams period, I am doing this not as fast as I would like to, but
you can expect this to be finished in not a very long time (probably a week
as most or so, because some days I just say: let's code :P).

Comments on the patches ? Can they be committed to trunk and work
incrementally ?

Bye,
Rafael Fernández López
