I like it on the right better as well, and I think I actually like it being 
semi-transparent.  Makes me want to read the text instead of just keying off a 
red icon / yellow icon, etc.

Either way I think we should not forget to ensure that this dialog works 
properly in RTL languages, whichever way we decide to handle the icon.
