Resurrecting KMilo or Removing KMilo's KMix interface?

 Sorry, but why exactly should autostarting be a reason for residing in 
kdebase? That seems even a weaker argument then the "let's move it so that 
people who don't have a proper KDE installation can still adjust volume".
