[PATCH] size limits for trash

Hej,

I've implemented size limit handling for the trash
based on KDE 3.5.9. More information can be found under
  http://tokoe-kde.blogspot.com/2008/08/size-limits-for-trash.html

The patch is attached. Any objections on commiting it to the
KDE 3.5 branch to get it into 3.5.10?
