[FIX] Toolbars well positioned

Hi all again,

So this patch seems to be the correct fix:

http://media.ereslibre.es/2008/08/qt-copy-toolbars-fix-final.diff

It was getting an extra item.extraSpace. Please note that my fix is only the 
first chunk of the patch. The second part of the patch is from TT, and is 
already in qt-copy: 0236-qtoolbararealayout-restore.diff.

Should I add this part of patch on qt-copy ?
