KTip rework suggestion

In this mockup the tooltip will change the layout twise in a minute (how much 
time will it be on? one minute?).  In applications which use the mouse, this 
means the clicking position within the document will change.

I would not like to use an application like kolourpaint which implements this 
kind of feature.
