KCapacitybar on places item view

Hi there,

While still working on it (I am pretty busy nowadays with real life...), I 
want to show you a bit of progress of the hover implementation. I really like 
it.

Still to do:
- Do the same when is getting the keyboard focus
- Fade out when the mouse gets to an invalid index
- Fade out when the mouse leaves the viewport
- Poll the items that are showing the capacity bar

However, I wanted to show you this:
