[rfc] Should we "block" bugreports for the latest stable releases of KDE apps?

The bugsquad certainly can take care of triaging bugs coming in for
older versions of KDE. However, to make this easier, I think it would
be good if bugs that need testing against a current version should be
marked in some way. Perhaps an initial status of UNTRIAGED instead of
UNCONFIRMED? or if this is not sensible/possible, a [UNTRIAGED] tag in
the summary, so that we can easily see which bugs we need to check.
