KTabBar - suggestion for 4.1

Someone recently offered to write a patch for this and I have said that
I will accept it.

I have still yet to hear a good reason for in in the terminal other than
old habits die hard but it seems to affect enough people that I will
make a concession on the proviso that it can be hidden.
