[Patch] KInfoCenter relooked

Just a first preview of KInfoCenter - reinvented (in fact simplified)

The patch :

Improvements :
- Port some codes to Qt4
- Simplify interface (remove useless tabs, and merge them)
- Fix General page
- Clean code structure
- Just for info : the filter searches also in the keyword of each
KCModuleInfo, and select only matching categories.

The old Search tab will be replaced by the KTi-tleWidget comment
content, but it needs a patch if it's ok :

The KInfoCenter patch is absolutely not finished, but it's a request
for comments, to be sure I'm not doing something useless.

After this general improvement, I think I will try to to improve each
sub- KInfoCenter modules, one by one.
