First compile of kde 4 and results (not so good)

`kquitapp plasma` is even nicer on plasma, of course =)

as of a few days ago we don't install the kicker autostart .desktop file 
anymore (though kicker itself still installs unless told otherwise), so you 
will likely need to start kicker manually at this point if using a new 
install.
