Temporary KColorScheme change - hard-code some state colors

Well, and I warned Matthew that active != inactive would likely cause
flicker, asked him to test it before changing to it and.... What do I see
in SVN? Apps flickering like crazy every time a dialog pops up or when one
task switches, etc. I am really quite disappointed.
