Permission for adding KCategorizedSortFilterProxyModel

Hi Allen and all,

Well for now the patch I want to commit (the origin of this thread)
has nothing to do with Konqueror.

The Konqueror patch is another thing discussed on kfm-devel (sorry for
the last two patches where everything is merged). Is for removing an
uneeded option on the configuration dialog of Konqueror.

So, the only patch of the previous posted that will be committed
because of this thread is kdeui-10092007.diff. None of the others
(note that kdelibs-10092007.diff contains kdeui-10092007.diff).
