Requesting feature freeze exemption for Gwenview

I need to travel 40 km (but won't this weekend) in order to be able to
boot into a system with KDE4 (openSUSE-10.2 with Build Service packages).

Last weekend, this system could not even produce "Print to File (PDF)",
let alone print to a real printer. I used my own virtual backend that
writes to files (and doesn't need a real, physical printer), and from
kprinter only 0-byte files (or junk) arrived. I used CUPS-1.2.12,
CUPS-1.3.0 and CUPS from 1.4-SVN with 127.0.0.1:631 network socket or
unix domain socket. None of these combos worked with kprinter, but all
of the CUPS installations worked from the commandline (or with gtklp
and xpp as GUI dialogs).

The applications I tried it with were Kate, Konqueror and "kcmshell
fontinst".
