Status of konqueror / dolphin as file manager

Errrm... wrong. DnD works between 2 dolphin windows, between 2 dolphin views 
(inside the same window), and with the columns view also.

Hmm... when you DnD an element that menu is shown when releasing the mouse 
button... I wonder if we are using different versions of Dolphin, but what I 
can tell you is that _all_ problems you describe here doesn't happen on my 
computer.
