Status of konqueror / dolphin as file manager

This sounds like using the QPalette::Inactive color when it shouldn't, 
which is a little odd as here it looks like I get QPalette::Active when 
I should get QPalette::Inactive. Maybe dolphin-part is getting one at 
random and not switching when it should?
