KDE Print porting - help needed

A major problem... that was "solved" by by John by simply disabling printing 
of PDF, PS, DVI and DjVu documents (basically, most of the non-MS/ODF office 
documents formats around), great!

Kudos for the unuseful (at least for okular) QPrinter,
