move ldap ioslave into kdepim(libs)

Mailody is not using kio_imap and does not depend on kdepim currently.

The mailtransport library is using the smtp-kio as runtime dependency, so moving that to kdepim makes Mailody depend on kde-pim, right? Which is not acceptable of course. 
Unless kdepim is split in a runtime package, similar to kdebase.
