KPrintPreview is in there.  I haven't added the customised QPrintDialog 
API, but I welcome someone who has an idea of what that should look 
like (Thomas Zander, Thiago Macieira?) to put in some API, even if it 
doesn't do anything for now, apart from return a QPrintDialog.

I haven't removed libkdeprint, because that would break everything and I 
don't have time to do any porting.  Once everything is ported, it 
should really be moved to kdebase to power the printing kcm (which 
needs some love).
