move ldap ioslave into kdepim(libs)

How many kde apps do you know, which use the imap4/ldap/mbox/nntp/pop3/sieve/smtp
kioslaves, and which are not in kdepim, *and* which would do that while NOT linking to
any kdepimlibs library?
