konsolepart usability

Hi again,

Another serious problem with konsolepart is the focus handling. creating a 
part, and then calling part->widget()->setFocus() does not set the focus on 
the terminal, but on some widget inside the part (_viewSplitter). I think 
this widget should always have the active terminal widget as its focus proxy, 
but i'm yet to figure out where to set that.

Does anyone know, let me know of fix please!
