I'm very surprised to hear your objections about this move.

I had always assumed that kdepimlibs was required for kdebase,
and that kdepimlibs was a basic requirement... and that the
order of compilation was: kdesupport -> kdelibs -> kdepimlibs -> kdebase -> ..
