Maybe we should have the kprinter and kprintdialog classes in kde3 support 
where the only thing they do is inherit from the qt versions.

I may be oversimplifying this as I have not spent a lot of time looking at the 
code it uses, but, yeah, the kdeprint lib is deprecated :)
