CMake Find*.cmake modules

kdelibs *is* the mandatory module.  Pretty much any KDE project will 
depend on kdelibs.  The main exceptions are the ones in kdesupport, but 
those are really independent entities that happen to be developed in 
the KDE svn and that various parts of KDE depend on.
