Hmm, seems they got deleted at some point.
But you can find them at http://websvn.kde.org/trunk/developer.kde.org/documentation/library/?pathrev=469893
so surely there's a way to check them out with svn ;)
(Otherwise I can tarballs from the ktown checkout if you need)
