kdelibs/kinit/setproctitle.{h,cpp} are licensed under the sendmail
license (the file is a modified version of one in sendmail). The
license is here:
http://websvn.kde.org/trunk/KDE/kdelibs/kinit/LICENSE.setproctitle?revision=409203&view=markup
Is this considered an acceptable license for kdelibs?
Note that this is only used for kdeinit, not for a library, so doesn't
have to conform to the stricter license requirements of the libraries.
ProFTPD have equivalent code licensed under GPL, so we could use that
instead if necessary.
