Missing copyright informations / gpl'd code in kdelibs

You guys can put me (Jason Keirstead) on record approving relicensing any code 
I ever wrote in any file under any OSI approved license the KDE eV.  or 
Kopete group wants to use for that code now or in the future.

Including LGPL :)
