With the xml file it's easy to postpone a feature to later, or to put it 
into "in progress" or "finished". With the wiki page you have to do all the 
copying manually (well, most probably you would simply remove an entry that 
you want to postpone, instead of copying it over to the next version's 
feature plan...)
