Kode into kdelibs?

I think the pertinent question here is; who will find this usefull.
If there is just one app, that's not enough to move it into kdelibs.
Do note that even though there may be a freeze coming up; after the unfreeze
you can again move new stuff into kdelibs. If its needed or wanted then.
There is no need to make decisions now. And its probably best to wait until
there are several modules using it. More and diverse usage is always good for
an API.
