I think that is a bad idea. To me that's analogous to a database committing
all the changes in the current transaction because the connection was
suddenly dropped. It is usually possible to make the same changes again, an
usually difficult in impossible to revert changes once they are written to
disk.
Of course, as they say, "Proof by analogy is a lie," so just take the above an
my off-the-cuff opinion.
