Setting a kdelibs Freeze Date

no; that'd be crazy =) icons that don't exist (or are misnamed) "only" result 
in the '?' unknown icon showing up in its place. it doesn't cause app to 
cease running.

kevin and i were just looking at the device icons which do indeed need to be 
adjusted. =)
