Mising KGlobalSettings::smallFont()

Hello
Last year or earlier I proposed addition to global settings (and control
centre as well): "default smallest reasonable font", i.e.

static QFont KGlobalSettings::smallFont()

Currently some apps try very hard to save every pixel of workspace, by 
decreasing fonts on various side panes, e.g. Kexi[1] and Krita. But the 
setting is no shared.

I am aware in the meantime the setting can live at KoLibs level and end up in 
kdelibs 4.1.
