Porting K3Process->KProcess

Hi,

IIRC its not possible to use K3Process and Q/KProcess in the same
application. Also K3Process only exists on *nix so windows builds are
broken now. 

So at least kdelibs needs to be ported from K3Process to KProcess.
Unfortunately this is not that straight forward due to quite some
difference in the signal and API in general. lxr shows many usages of
K3Process inside kdelibs.

I'm willing to help with this, but its clearly not a 1-man-job. So
should we setup a page on wiki.kde.org to coordinate the porting?
