I like having all our kdelibs pre-4.0.0 issues on one page.
And we also have bigger issues on that same page just
in case someone has the motivation.

And, when someone shows up asking "how can I help", 
we can point them to this page.

anyhow, there's more than 1 way to skin a cat/dog/rat/mouse.
