mimelnk and KStandardDirs on windows

hey =)

looking at KStandardDirs i noticed a few things:

it uses MIME_INSTALL_DIR but that seems to be set in FindKDE4Internal.cmake to 
share/mimelnk. is mimelnk dead, should that be changed to mime?

i also notice that the paths in KStandardDirs for windows does not prepend 
kde4/ to services or servicetypes as they are done everywhere else. it is 
prepended to applications however, so this looks like an oversight as well. 
can anyone confirm/deny?
